Service Agreement & Release

Thanks for choosing Pawsome Smile! Before we get started, please read this short agreement. It explains what our service is (and isn't), and protects both your pet and our business.

1. What we do

Pawsome Smile provides a cosmetic, anesthesia-free teeth cleaning for pets — no sedation, no X-rays, no diagnosis, no extractions, and no cleaning below the gumline. This is not veterinary care and isn't a replacement for it. We recommend keeping up with regular vet checkups and dental care.

2. Your pet stays awake, and that's the point

Because we don't use anesthesia, your pet stays awake and comfortable, with some gentle handling. This is exactly why so many owners choose us, especially for senior pets or pets who can't safely be sedated. Like any hands-on care with an awake animal, there's some natural risk, and older pets can have pre-existing or undiagnosed conditions that show up before, during, or after any handling. By booking with us, you understand and accept that.

3. Tell us everything about your pet's health

Please give us complete, accurate info about your pet's health, past injuries, and any concerns on the intake form. We rely on this to decide if your pet is a good fit for the service. Leaving something out could make the cleaning unsafe.

4. We can pause or stop anytime

If our technician feels the cleaning isn't safe or appropriate for your pet at any point, we'll pause or stop the service. Your pet's safety comes first.

5. Our commitment to you

We'll perform the service with care and professionalism.

6. Release of liability

By signing, you agree to release Pawsome Smile LLC — including its owners, employees, and affiliates — from claims, damages, or losses related to the service, including if a pre-existing or undisclosed condition is aggravated. This doesn't apply if we've acted with gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Confirming you're authorized

You confirm you're the pet's owner (or authorized to act on the owner's behalf), you're at least 18, you've read and understood this agreement, and you're signing voluntarily.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
